Welcome to Fitodiet. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website fitodiet.com and the consultation services we provide (together, the “Services”). By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Fitodiet
Fitodiet provides personalised nutrition and diet consultation services delivered through 1-on-1 video calls, personalised meal plans, and ongoing support over WhatsApp and phone. Our Services are operated from India.
2. Not Medical Advice
Our consultations and meal plans provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified physician before starting any diet programme, especially if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, heart disease, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of guidance received through Fitodiet.
- If you experience adverse symptoms while following a plan, stop and consult a doctor immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm that you are their parent, legal guardian, or have their consent, and that all information you share about them is accurate.
4. Bookings, Plans & Payments
- Consultations are booked through our website, WhatsApp (+91 70195 75700), or phone.
- Plan inclusions (number of sessions, meal plan updates, support duration) are as described on the pricing section of our website at the time of purchase.
- Fees are payable in advance in Indian Rupees unless agreed otherwise.
- Prices may change from time to time; changes do not affect plans already purchased.
5. Rescheduling, Pausing & Cancellations
- You may reschedule a booked session by informing us at least 12 hours in advance over WhatsApp or phone.
- Eligible plans include a pause facility as described in the plan details; the pause duration and conditions are confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Missed sessions without prior notice may be counted as used, at our discretion.
6. Refund Policy — 7 Days
- You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 70195 75700, or email support@fitodiet.com.
- If no consultation has been delivered yet, you will receive a full refund.
- If one or more consultations have already been delivered, the fee for the delivered sessions is deducted and the balance is refunded.
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase are not eligible.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications, allergies, and dietary habits — our guidance is only as good as the information you share.
- Use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in your meal plans — including text, plans, graphics, logos, and the Fitodiet name — belongs to Fitodiet. Meal plans are prepared for your personal use only and may not be resold, republished, or distributed without our written permission.
9. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. Testimonials and statistics on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve. Outcomes depend on adherence, health conditions, and many personal factors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitodiet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the plan that gave rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Services
Consultations and support may be delivered over third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
