The health information you share is used solely to provide nutrition guidance to you. It is accessible only to the team members involved in your care and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

We keep your information for as long as you have an active plan with us and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-ups, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
